Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monthly review and checking of margins on all Mobile orders (Nationally).
- Provide Monthly Manufacturing Stats of all Mobile units sold (Nationally).
- Monitor and manage up-to-date prospects (Warm, hot & follow-up) & pending orders.
- Assist in cash collection on all Sales orders (Nationally).
- Plan and organise customer events, dealing with problematic clients/issues.
- Assist with setting pricing on Mobiles and pricing/contribution on quotes/tenders, checking against customer specifications and terms and conditions.
- Manage the marketing budget, including brand management, strategic advertising, PR, editorial content, website, events, brochures, and promotional items.
- Monthly reporting of statistical analysis from customer surveys.
- Consolidate and report monthly on competitor activity, offerings, and specifications.
- Assist in negotiating favourable commercial terms on contracts and tenders won.
- Monthly monitoring of departmental expenses against budget.
- Implementation and compliance with ISO processes.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Business Degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- At least 7 years or more of relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Modular Building or construction industry knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with Accounting Systems (Accpac preferred)
- Experience in sales and marketing administration preferred
