• Effective handling of customer inquiries/ queries and liaising with clients telephonically and on emails including but not limited to an existing customer data base list • Effective communication skills handling daily activities relating to transport contractors, logistics, procurement, and anything relating to enquiry • Liaise effectively with managers regarding operational requirements on production/ product and sales levels etc. on daily basis • Responsible for general sales administration requirements • Quotes/ designing on CAD/ costing/order processing/warranty tracking/delivery tracking/cold calling register/budget tracking/daily workload reporting/daily prospect reporting/customer survey’s • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees • Compliance to the Kwikspace/clients SHEQ code of conduct and standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: •Matric •Sales & Marketing Diploma •Advance Excel Certificate
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: •3-5 years in similar position •Construction costing
• Computer Literacy & proficiency in MS Office • Strong MS Excel • Knowledge of CAD • Driver’s license, self-reliant transport • Exceptional customer service oriented and organized • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Technical minded and detail oriented • Honest, energetic, approachable, target driven, effective, self-starter, team player with the ability to work independently within a pressurized environment • Able to work overtime when required
