  • Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget, showcasing superior planning and execution skills.
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, prioritizing the well-being of all team members.
  • Enforcing stringent quality control standards, ensuring that every project meets the highest benchmarks.
  • Supervising and coordinating site activities, including labourers, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
  • Allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring daily productivity targets are met.
  • Inspecting work regularly to identify and correct issues or potential delays.
  • Maintaining site records, including daily reports, attendance, and incident logs.
  • Reporting project progress and site issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager.
  • Managing the use of materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to avoid wastage.
  • Assisting in planning and scheduling site works in line with project programmes.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements
