- Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget, showcasing superior planning and execution skills.
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, prioritizing the well-being of all team members.
- Enforcing stringent quality control standards, ensuring that every project meets the highest benchmarks.
- Supervising and coordinating site activities, including labourers, subcontractors, and trades.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
- Allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring daily productivity targets are met.
- Inspecting work regularly to identify and correct issues or potential delays.
- Maintaining site records, including daily reports, attendance, and incident logs.
- Reporting project progress and site issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager.
- Managing the use of materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to avoid wastage.
- Assisting in planning and scheduling site works in line with project programmes.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
