Job Description

  • Key account management
  • Training staff to ensure optimal growth for both company and individual
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable inventory
  • Analysed customer data and competitor data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Generated and maintained key performance indicators for annual growth
  • Generated and maintained SMART objectives for sales team
  • Monthly sales meetings
  • Monthly sales reporting submitted showing branch growth as well as individual growth
  • Coordinate and supervising day to day depot functions
  • Monthly stock checks and annual auditing
  • External and internal sales duties
  • Prepare presentations for customer meeting
  • Layout design in AutoCad
  • Acted as the primary liaison for contract-related queries, resolving issues swiftly to maintain client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • Grade 12
  • Business Degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 7 years or more relevant experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel use

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Modular Building or construction industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Preferred)
  • Experience with Accounting Systems (Accpac Preferred)
  • Experience in sales and marketing administration preferred
